Back to life, thanks to technology.
Several late rappers will be appearing in the form of holograms at this summer's Rock the Bells tour.
The 10th anniversary edition of the festival allows fans experience what it was like to see late Wu-Tang Clan member Ol' Dirty Bastard and late N.W.A. rhyme spitter Eazy-E, along with real-life performances from the rest of Wu-Tang, as well as Kid Cudi, Common, Tyler, The Creator and Rakim.
Other artists on the roster include Big Krit, Dilated Peoples, E-40 and Too Short, Earl Sweatshirt, Flatbush Zombies, Hit-Boy, Juicy J, Jurassic 5, Talib Kweli, Tech N9ne and more.
The shows will take place at the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, CA on September 7-8; Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA on September 14-15; Festival Grounds @ RFK in Washington, D.C., on September 28-29; and Meadowlands Racetrack in Rutherford, NJ, on October 4-5.

What's your take on rappers reincarnated as holograms, like Tupac was at Coachella 2012? Cool? Awesome? Hokey? Unnecessary? Powerful?
