    Bruce Springsteen will be feted by the MusiCares Foundation and the event will feature Elton John, Neil Young and Sting among the acts who are on board to pay tribute to the New Jersey, rock 'n' roll icon.

    The Boss is being recognized as the Person of the Year, courtesy of both his career and his charity work. He will be the guest of honor at an event in Los Angeles in February.

    Mumford & Sons, John Legend, Tom Morello, Patti Smith, Alabama Shakes, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are will also perform at the concert, which will be held at the L.A. Convention Center.

    Jon Stewart will host.

    MusiCares provides help and support for musicians in times of financial or medical need.
