The former Beverly Hills estate of Elvis Presley is on the market for an asking price of $12.9 million. So if you've got a cool 13 million, make an offer. Put in a bid. It's a sweet piece of property.
The gated, 5,367-square-foot property at North Hillcrest Road was built in 1958. It was purchased by Presley in 1967, who then sold it in 1973. When The King and wife Priscilla divorced, he unloaded the estate. Maybe it held too many memories of 'Cilla.
Why should some rich person plunk down cash on it? Well, the home has a resurfaced pool and spa, a brand new kitchen and a panoramic view of the Beverly Hills skyline.
