Eminem Tweets Info About New Album

I have been saying that Twitter is going to edge the celebrity publicist out of a job and once again, an informative Tweet is proof positive of this cold, harsh reality for flacks. Eminem took to his Twitter account to announce that there won't be Relapse 2, which he had reportedly been working on for the past several months. Later, he returned to Twitter, where he announced his new album, Recovery, will be out June 22.
Em also posted a link to his official website, www.eminem.com, which boasted an official press release about the album and its details, which is undoubtedly the work of a publicist!
"I had originally planned for Relapse 2 to come out last year," the statement read. "But as I kept recording and working with new producers, the idea of a sequel to Relapse started to make less and less sense to me, and I wanted to make a completely new album. The music on Recovery came out very different from Relapse, and I think it deserves its own title." Way for Em to play fair with his albums!
Recovery marks the rapper's seventh studio album. He's sold a combined 78,000,000 albums worldwide.
What's your favorite Eminem record? Do you think there will be any murderous odes to ex-wife Kim on this album? Will Kim eventually end up in the Witness Protection Program?
