ARTISTdirect.com has proudly teamed up with L.A.-based band 7Lions to premiere their Born 2 Run EP. Listen to the EP now and then nab it via iTunes Music. It's being released by uber producer RedOne's 2101 Records.
7Lions have certainly cut a path for themselves in their native Los Angeles. They've garnered a terrific response to (and massive exposure from) their "L.A. Kings/Born 2 Run" remix, which was created with 98.7 FM sister site AM 570 and the L.A. Kings, and served as the official Stanley Cup theme for the championship team. We think that warrants some quality time between the Cup itself and the members of 7Lions. Do it up, Kings' organization.
Check out the entire Born 2 Run EP here. Then go buy it. Every time we see the name of this EP, we think of Bruce Springsteen's iconic album, which is Born to Run, not the number. Even so, 7Lions are roaring and doing their own thing, with a similar title!
