Omaha-based hard rock outfit Emphatic have teamed up with ARTISTdirect to premiere the song "Life After Anger," featuring new frontman Toryn Green, who previously fronted Fuel and Apocalyptica.

The band will release Another Life on October 22.

But enjoy this first taste here. It rages.

Emphatic guitarist Justin McCain, who produced the track and wrote the lyrics, told us, "'Life After Anger' is a song about inner healing, letting go of the negative and embracing the positive. I wrote the lyrics while looking in the mirror. The reflection was that of a person I didn't want to be anymore. This song is somewhat of a self-intervention and a realization that happiness is a choice. My life has since changed for the better."

Amen to that! Music is catharsis!

Are you emphatic about Emphatic's "Life After Anger?"
