Feature: Albums We Hope Change the Game in 2013 – Gemini Syndrome - By ARTISTdirect.com editor in chief Rick Florino...

There are a few records on the horizon in 2013 that we're sure are going to completely change the game.

New music is always exciting prospect, and we bring you the records we think will totally blow you away in 2013.

    Next up is…

    Gemini Syndrome —TBA

These Los Angeles mystery makers prove to be one of the most exciting young bands out there. With striking symbols, truly hazy presence, and elegantly evil aesthetic presentation, Gemini Syndrome turn heads without playing a note. However, when they do play, it's blissfully heavy and elegantly devastating.

Mystical, sometimes philosophical lyrics hover over driving rhythms and succinct, searing riffage. The vocals transfix conjuring infectiously haunting chorus that resound with immense power. They infuse these progressive elements into three-to-four minute anthems by the way. That's just another aspect that further separates them. Listen to "Pleasure and Pain" for proof.

Their album looms on the horizon, and if you like metal, hard rock, or alternative you should be waiting with bated breath.
