2013 is well underway, and some of the top artists in hip hop and rap are already readying albums that stand primed for unrestrained revolutionary impact this year.

    That's right.

We have a feeling that musical revolution is impending, and we're bringing you a list of the records we know will change the game in 2013.

    The next one is…

Lil Wayne — I Am Not a Human Being Part II

I Am Not a Human Being showed the wildest and most wondrous side of Lil Wayne on a full-length album release outside of his unparalleled mixtapes.

Weezy took that underground experimentation and brought into an even bigger lab, and a Frankenstein-style monster came to life, evincing Wayne's dominance once more. 2013 marks a big moment for the superstar, as he's preparing the sequel, I Am Not a Human Being Part II for release. It's shaping up to be an even bigger and better beast as well.

Coming off a mind-blowing trio of singles "My Homies Still" [Featuring Big Sean], "No Worries" [Featuring Detail], and now "Love Me" [Featuring Drake & Future], Wayne is simply on fire. Most importantly though, he's about to set the game on fire again.

No Weezy's not a human being; he's a rapper of the highest order.
