Mon, 28 Jan 2013 07:02:01
2013 is well underway, and some of the top artists in hip hop and rap are already readying albums that stand primed for unrestrained revolutionary impact this year.
That's right.
We have a feeling that musical revolution is impending, and we're bringing you a list of the records we know will change the game in 2013.
The next one is…
Rick Ross — Mastermind
Rick Ross had a hell of a year.
He unveiled the phenomenal blockbuster album God Forgives, I Don't, and his contribution to the Django Unchained soundtrack, "100 Black Coffins", raised the bar for hip hop in terms of creativity and catchiness. With another string of accolades under his belt, Ricky Rozay is now building his toughest and tightest salvo yet in Mastermind.
All signs are pointing to 2013 being even more explosive for Ross. He's laid the groundwork for his legend to grow exponentially as his skills have followed suit. Pay your respects to the Don and be prepared for him to change the game yet again with Mastermind.
We're already tagging it as one of the best hip hop releases of 2013…
