Feature: Kid Cudi Rocks Out Like Never Before On "Going to the Ceremony"

"It's all happening," announces Kid Cudi on his latest intergalactic epic, "Going to the Ceremony".
A mounting Nirvana-style guitar riff throbs along to a tribal drum stomp as his inimitable inflection drives a confessional verse, "I don't know where I'm going". The lead guitar weaves right into the hook, and Cudi emerges with his biggest rocker yet.
WZRD laid the groundwork for one of the 21st century's most dynamic "artists" to expand into new territory with rock 'n' roll bombast. However, he perfects that inclination on "Going to the Ceremony". It's a pensive yet gritty guitar-driven rumination evocative of The Cure and Deftones. However, comparisons never truly do Cudi justice. "Going to the Ceremony" is as wildly wonderful as all of his best fare. The six-string work remains as entrancing as the vocals. You've never heard rock quite like this.
It's all happening for sure. Cudi's about to change music again.
