The five most stunning moments from Los Angeles alternative juggernaut's Rock in Rio USA Rock Weekend set…
Linkin Park delivered an unforgettable set at Rock in Rio USA in Las Vegas last night. They're known for hyper-charged shows, and this definitely upholds that tradition. There were countless moments that stood out, of course, but we decided to count down our five favorite from the set, which showcased a few surprises from the California alternative titans.
Five Stunning Moments from Linkin Park's Rock in Rio Rock Weekend Set
5. Mike Shinoda getting up close and personal. No matter the size of the stage, Linkin Park always maintain a close connection with their audience so much so that Mike actually went down into the crowd for a seismic sing-a-long of "In The End." It provided a level of intimacy all too often lost as massive festivals.
4. Brad Delson shredding a solo on "A Line In The Sand." Linkin Park's most recent offering The Hunting Party illuminated all of their instrumental prowess, but seeing them bring the songs to life live really proves explosive. Brad ripped a fiery tapping solo on an undeniable rendition of "A Line in the Sand" early in the set, adding another dimension altogether.
3. Mike dropped some Fort Minor. It was a fun surprise to hear Mike spit some Fort Minor in the midst of a diverse mid-set break, which all showcased Joe Hahn's skills.
