Today, a true shift occurred in the audio world.
NudeAudio just ignited the Kickstarter campaign for their new Super-M speaker. To put it lightly, this Super-M is nothing short of groundbreaking. It packs flawless sound into tight and chic design that fits in the back pocket of your jeans! Moreover, the Super-M is waterproof, shockproof, and sandproof. It's indisputably the best way to listen to music on the go. You can bring concert-size sound anywhere you go now. It's by far the most premier experience on the market right now…Plus, it's only $99 on Kickstarter.
About the Super-M, NudeAudio C.E.O. Tom Dudderidge exclusively told ARTISTdirect.com editor in chief Rick Florino, "We're providing a very big group of people with an affordable situation for having a much better experience for hearing music as it was intended. You can listen to music in a group rather than the solitary headphone way."
NudeAudio's Super-M will bring people together. It's also attracted the attention of everybody's favorite French electro pop mavens Yelle who designed a stunning special edition of the Super-M. It's all blue, and it features their logo in red. Check it out on the Kickstarter page.
In order to celebrate the launch, Tom Dudderidge shared what he's listening to on the Super-M besides Yelle, of course!
Who are your favorite artists to listen to on the Super-M?
That's a great question! I'm listening to a few things at the moment, which I'm happy to share.
The Travelling Band
First, it's a little bit of nepotism, but that's how these things work! My younger brother Jo is in a band called The Travelling Band. They just put out a single called "Passing Ships". They had it mixed by a very famous mix engineer named Chris Lord-Alge. He just did this mix. I've been using the mp3 to test the Super-M single through its development. That's definitely one!
I'm also really into some hip-hop from Minneapolis. These guys are called Atmosphere. I'm into that at the moment.
He's a U.S. blues guitarist I ran into at Glastonbury. I walked into a tent at the festival, and he was up there playing blues guitar with an amazing band. He absolutely blew my mind. I'm very much into that blues ilk. I'm big into Led Zeppelin and The Black Keys. For me, blues guitar is incredible. Jonny Lang is just amazing.
Will you be getting the NudeAudio Super-M?
