Often temperamental waif singer Fiona Apple has written a new song for the film This Is 40, which marks the very first time the singer-songwriter has contributed an original song for a movie. The song is called "Dull Tool."
Judd Apatow is directing the film.
Fact: Apple used to date Boogie Nights and Magnolia director Paul Thomas Anderson before he kidded up with Maya Rudolph.
