In honor of our excitement over today's (September 27) release of the Joseph Gordon-Levitt- directed film Don Jon, in which he also stars, alongside Scarlett Johansson, Tony Danza and Julianne Moore, we're presenting you with this playlist of five, uh, romantic songs that could've been inspired by the lovable lothario that JG-L portrays to perfection in the film.

Don Jon loves working out and he loves porn, and we could imagine him loving these songs in a non-ironic way. Sure, he rocks out to Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch's "Good Vibrations" in his car in the film and in the trailer, but these are the songs that we think would be closest to his heart of hearts.

Call it fan fiction, call it creative license, call it whatever you want. We call it being doubly inspired by one of the funniest movies we've seen all year. Maybe put these songs on your iPod before you hit the multiplex this weekend to see the film and crank 'em before you grab your wingmen for a night at the bars and clubs. Right?

    "Nookie" by Limp Bizkit

"Pour Some Sugar on Me" by Def Leppard

"Lips of an Angel" by Hinder

    "Butterfly" by Crazytown

"Girls, Girls, Girls" by Mötley Crüe

Are you going to see Don Jon this weekend?
