    Rapper Flo Rida is in shape and he has now confirmed the rumors that he has a workout DVD on the way.

    No release date has been revealed, but it might be out this year.

    He told Billboard, "I'm definitely going to do that. I have quite a workout regimen. I've always been about fitness and my fans can definitely appreciate that."
