CartFormer "American Idol" Winner Kris Allen Suffers Broken Wrist in Car Crash

Singer Kris Allen, a former American Idol winner, suffered a broken wrist in a New Year's Day car crash. Otherwise, he is okay, thankfully!
Allen, his wife Katy and their dog Zorro were in the car at the time.
Allen posted about his condition and the fact that he and his wife are expecting on Twitter, writing: "Thank you Ford for equipping me with a car that kept my whole family and the little one we have on the way safe. Yes I got in a really bad wreck tonight and yes I'm having a lil baby. Gonna (sic) be a daddy."
He also promises to soldier on, despite a broken wrist. He posted: "Don't worry everyone I may have broken my wrist but the Out Alive Tour is still on."
