Look out Big Apple bureaucrats. Rapper Foxy Brown's lawyer wants to sue officials in New York City for $100 million for a "malicious" prosecution of the rapper. Brown seems like she is always in legal and criminal trouble and getting arrested for some bad behavior.
The star -real name: Inga Marchand-- was taken to court over claims she violated a protection order by mooning a neighbor. How classy, right?
On Tuesday, the charges were dropped against Brown but she isn't going quietly, as her lawyer has threatened to hit city legal officials with a massive lawsuit.
Salvatore Strazzullo told New York Post, "With school budgets cut, they had the audacity (to press charges). Do we want our tax dollars going for this?"
Brown was hit with a protection order in 2008 after harassing her neighbor Arlene Raymond and hitting her in the face with her cell phone. She was accused of violating the order by baring her backside and shouting obscenities at Raymond during an altercation last year.
