Frank Ocean Launches Mysterious Livestream

In April of 2015, Frank Ocean announced that his next LP a follow-up to debut studio album channel ORANGE, which he hinted may be called Boys Don't Cry, would be released in July of that year. The promised release date passed, but when an online storefront popped up on Ocean's website in early August, it seemed like the album was finally emerging. However, later that month Ocean canceled his headlining performance at LA's FYF Fest., (which was an appearance assumed to promote his new material) and another six months passed before clips from an alleged Frank Ocean listening party leaked.
In June 2016 Ocean updated his website with a library due date slip, suggesting (maybe) that the album would drop in July 2016 or on 11/13/16.
Today, a full year beyond the promised release, a new new update in the Boys Don't Cry saga has been released. An Apple Music video embed has appeared at the top of the site, broadcasting a livestream from an almost empty room. A large speaker plays abstract instrumental music, and maybe that person cutting boards with a table saw is Frank Ocean, himself. The video appears to be buggy in some desktop browsers but works fine on mobile.
Whatever it all means - it seems Frank Ocean, the expert teaser of fans - is soon reward our patience.
