Kevin Cogill—a 27-year-old blogger accused of leaking nine Chinese Democracy cuts on antiquiet.com—pleaded not guilty to copyright infringement charges yesterday. According to Billboard.com and Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Cogill's trial in a federal Los Angeles court has no confirmed date yet. He faces up to three years in prison if convicted, and up to five if a judge and jury finds Cogill posted the songs for commercial gain.
Guns N' Roses' perpetually-delayed LP finally hits Best Buy in an exclusive deal on November 23.
