G.R.L. Return With "Lighthouse" Video

G.R.L. are back.
The quartet has released a video for the new single "Lighthouse," written by Lukasz Gottwald, Theron Thomas, Timothy Thomas and Henry Walter and produced by Dr. Luke and Cirkut.
The clip is a touching tribute to G.R.L. member Simone Battle, who passed away tragically a few months ago.
Battle committed suicide after a battle with mental illness and her bandmates went quiet, understandably, to process their grief and plan their next move. We were not sure if G.R.L. would split or if they would soldier on, and we were worried about them as we waited for news of their future, since they went through something so painful and traumatic.
It appears that they will continue on as a foursome, which is the best way they can pay tribute to their fallen member.
G.R.L. are urging fans to visit grlgivesanhour.org to learn more about helping those who are hurting to achieve mental wellness.
Give an Hour is a non-profit 501 (c)(3), founded in September 2005 by Dr. Barbara Van Dahlen, a psychologist in the Washington, D.C., area. By leading a collective impact effort to change the story in America around mental health, mental illness, and wellness, Give an Hour and its partners will educate Americans about the signs of emotional suffering and will work to eliminate the barriers that prevent those in need from seeking the help and support they deserve.
So lovely of G.R.L. to spread the word about mental health issues.
Watch the video below. It'll get you choked up. R.I.P., Simone.
