Country legend George Jones is set to retire.

But he will not fade off into the sunset until after he tours for one final time in 2013 for The Grand Tour.

Jones, 80, said, "It is tough to stop doing what I love, but the time has come." Considering that most people retire at like 65, he is well within his rights to shut it down and enjoy his twilight years.

He is remaining busy, writing songs with Dolly Parton for his next album.

Who is your favorite country star?
