British pop star George Michael has been forced to cancel a number of dates in Australia. He is dealing with anxiety related to post-traumatic stress disorder. The singer nearly died last year after a nasty bout with pneumonia, which caused him to axe dates in Austria at the time, and he underestimated how quickly he could rebound and return to the road.
Michael said he was devastated to cancel the dates, but revealed: "Unfortunately, I seriously underestimated how difficult this year would be… I was wrong to think I could work my way through the major anxiety that has plagued me since I left Austria last December."
Take some time to get better, George! PTSD is no joke.
