Oh, George Michael! You need to clean up your act. The Associated Press reported that the "Faith" singer pleaded guilty yesterday morning in a London court to charges of driving under the influence of drugs and possession of cannabis. Michael has made no secret of his love of the green stuff. The judge in the case suspended Michael's driver's license for six months and said the singer could face prison time. Given his repeat offender status, maybe a quick stint in the can might rehabilitate the singer.

The charges relate to an incident on July 4 when Michael crashed his Range Rover into a photo shop in London. Tests showed that Michael had ingested a so-called "date-rape drug" because it leaves people groggy and in a weakened state. (And, obviously, unable to operate a vehicle properly and safely!)

Michael just regained his driving privileges last year, which were suspended in 2007 for two years for another incident where he was driving while unfit due to consumption of drugs. He was accused of driving into three parked cars and leaving the accident scene without first telling the cars' owners. Hit and run, Geo!

Should Michael have his license revoked for a longer period of time? Should he serve jail time since he keeps operating vehicles while under the influence of substances?
