Country superstar George Strait confirmed that his 2013-2014 The Cowboy Rides Away tour will indeed be his last. He is not, however, retiring from music or even performing. He is just retiring from active touring! He will release records and music, and play select dates, but he will not do the touring grind and rigamarole any longer.

Strait revealed that his final tour launches on January 18 in Lubbock, Texas, with Martina McBride serving as support.

"This is going to be a very special, emotional tour for me," Strait, 60, said. "Everywhere we're going holds fond memories and I'm looking forward to paying my respects."

Will you be seeing George Strait on his final tour?
