A week of political excitement, scrutiny, and salacious hearings has not distracted most of the musical world from the important issues at hand — their tours, their album teasers, their side projects, and their travels. And thanks to social media, music fans were able to take in the day to day of their favorite artists.
This week we saw another cult band appear in the cult TV show Twin Peaks, some rockers took Paris for their own, little critters got under the feet of one particular star, and rock never got harder than when one of the biggest metal acts rolled into Vegas. Overall, it was a week filled with beauty and surprises that you’d have to see to believe.
So without further ado, take a look at our favorite Instagrams of the week.

What’s harder rocking than hard rockers in Hard Rock?

Dances with foxes. That may not be normal.
Imagine music in 2017 without the contributions of the LGBTQ Community. In my generation alone we wouldn't have the foundations of house music, Baltimore club, New Orleans bounce or even the genesis of hip hop (learn the history). I would probably still be mowing lawns in Florida. I wouldn't have my own opportunity to study and create music. For me Pride month isn't just parades and resistance but it's about a generation of fearlessness and innovation in my world. This month is also about empathy and awareness. We should all fight for equal rights for everyone (it's not just a privilege, but a responsibility), but also protection. let's not forget what happened one year ago in Orlando . . That should have been felt by everyone no matter who you are or what you are.. One love ❤️ð³️ð.
Maybe Avicii will look to his fans for his future album art?
