Guitar Center Singer-Songwriter Program With Producer Don Was Has Launched

Hey, are you an aspiring singer or songwriter? Well, your dreams may be thisclose to coming true, thanks to Guitar Center's Singer-Songwriter program, which officially kicked off its third installment and is offering the nation's most promising songwriters a chance to catch their big break and take their career straight to the top!
The winner will head into the studio with Grammy Award-winner Don Was, who recently produced the new John Mayer album Paradise Valley, to give you a frame of reference of his breadth and depth of work, to record a four-song EP; to take home new gear, $25,000 in cash and more!
Working with Was, who has collaborated with legends like Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Iggy Pop and countless others, is the opportunity of a lifetime for any aspiring musician.

Now through November 3, unsigned singer-songwriters from across the United States are invited to submit an original live music performance video here.
Submissions will be ranked through the use of RevImage, a leading social television platform that syndicates and measures content engagement throughout web. All artists who enter will be ranked based on their online fan growth during the first round. In the second round, the top-ranked 140 artists will be reviewed personally by Grammy-Winning producer Don Was who will handpick 10 finalists to perform live in Los Angeles, where one winner will be chosen.
