Guns N' Roses Announce 'Not In This Lifetime' North American Stadium Tour

Guns N' Roses have announced their massive, stadium "Not In This Lifetime" tour. This will be the first tour in two decades to feature both Axl Rose and Slash. Slash has not played with the band since 1996. A "Not In This Lifetime" Facebook ticket pre-sale is set to begin April 7th, with the general sale set to begin April 8th on Ticketmaster.
Guns N' Roses played their first gig together this past Friday at Los Angeles, California's The Troubadour, and have upcoming gigs in Las Vegas and Mexico City, as well as two headlining gigs at Coachella. The "Not In This Lifetime" tour will begin June 23rd at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. GNR will play a total of 20 stadium shows over a period of two months. The concert series will take them across North America, with dates scheduled for Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, Atlanta, Houston, San Francisco, and many more. The tour is set to concluded August 22nd at San Diego, California's Qualcomm Stadium.
The name of the tour is a cheeky nod at the overwhelming suspicion that Guns N' Roses would never play in their original form again. As of Saturday at just-after midnight, however, it became official as Axl Rose, dressed in Snakeskin boots, joined Slash and Duff McKagan on stage at The Troubadour, with roughly 500 people in attendance. Next up, the band will play Las Vegas, Nevada's T-Mobile Arena this Friday, April 8th.
