Herman's Hermits Peter Noone Offers Some Tips to Young Bands

Herman's Hermits singer Peter Noone just turned 66 and he has tons of experience in this crazy business.
Upstart bands – take note. This is important.
He offered some sage-like advice to young bands, saying, "I truly believe that to have any long life in the music business, you have to be like an athlete and be prepared all the time for whatever might happen and singers can't be out late at night because they have to be up early in the morning for all the interviews. Some people listen to the radio on their way to work so all that late night hooligan stuff, those people don't have long careers, they have short careers and people think of them as ridiculous."
Sage-like advice from someone who knows.
What do you think of his comments?
