Singer/actress/new mom Hilary Duff is being sued over a 2010 car accident.
Victim Rachel Owens claims that the Duffster smashed her Range Rover into Owens' vehicle and she is now requesting damages for the mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering she suffered as a result of the accident.
Owens has seen multiple doctors and has not been able to work.
She is suing for an unspecified amount.
So why did Owens wait so long to sue? That's the curious question.
