American Idol Producers Lower Contestant Age Limit to 15

The producers of American Idol lowered the age limit for contestants to 15, widening the base of people who can try out and become contestants. But the real burning question remains burning in the hearts of show fans and pop culture watch dogs: Who the hell will replace the departed Simon Cowell, whose biting commentary was part of the show's charm?
Fox television said auditions for Season 10 would be held in six U.S. cities, beginning in Nashville, Tennessee, July 17. Ratings for the show have slid in recent seasons, so lowering the age of contestants might help wrangle a new audience demo or expand it. It also widens the pool of contestants from which to choose.
Who should replace Simon Cowell? I would watch the show if Howard Stern replaced Cowell…and I am proud to admit that I have never seen a single episode. Who else is that honest?
