Drake's last name may be "Ever" and his first name "Greatest," but that hasn't stopped Playboy Enterprises from suing him for sampling "Best I Ever Had." The suit was reported by Rap Radar, which accuses Drake, Cash Money Records and Universal Music Group of copyright infringement. The song in question is sampled at the beginning of "Fallin' In Love," by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Dennison/Reynolds, which is the property of Playboy Music, Inc. and Playboy Enterprises.
