    Settled!

    India.Arie has settled a legal dispute with her former manager, who says the singer owed her commissions.

    Noreen Nalli, who held the post of Arie's manager between 2005 and 2009, filed a lawsuit at a federal court in Tennessee claiming her former client fired her without any sort of warning two years ago and failed to pay for her services, to boot.

    Arie countersued, claiming she overpaid Nalli.

    They've now settled for an undisclosed amount.
