    • Iron Maiden - CARRINGTON, ENGLAND - FEBRUARY 28: Bruce Dickinson, the lead singer of the band Iron Maiden, sits at the controls on the flight deck of the helium-filled Airlander aircraft in a giant airship shed on February 28, 2014 in Cardington, England. The Airlander, which was originally developed for the US military before the project was cancelled due to budget cuts, is the world's longest aircraft at 92 meters. Although slow moving compared to conventional aircraft, the Airlander is able to carry large payloads over long distances very efficiently. Hybrid Air Vehicles' project to develop the technology further is being funded by a government grant as well as private finance from individuals including Bruce Dickinson, the lead singer of the band Iron Maiden.

Iron Maiden will release Onboard Flight 666, a photo book of the legendary British band's last two world tours. Over 600 photos will be featured in the book. It's more like a photo scrapbook of sorts!

All photos were snapped by official Iron Maiden photog John McMurtrie. McMurtrie also wrote the text that accompanies the photos in the book.

The foreword is written by frontman (and commercially licensed pilot) Bruce Dickinson. The book is available for purchase as of Oct. 20.
