    The cause of death of former Warrant singer Jani Lane has been revealed. The '80s star died of alcohol poisoning, according to law enforcement officials who confirmed the news to TMZ.

    Lane died of "acute ethanol poisoning" in an L.A. motel room on Aug. 11.
