Actor Jeremy London, who claimed he was kidnapped and forced to smoke drugs at gunpoint last month, a story which his twin brother and mother even proclaimed to disbelieve, told People that it was his acting chops that helped him survive the ordeal, which he admits he knows is hard to believe. At least he realizes that!
"If I heard someone saying this, I would probably doubt it as well," London, 37 and a former star of TV's Party of Five, said. "I was acting my way through the whole thing, telling myself, 'Just play like you are one of them.'" Wow, that Party of Five experience really came in handy after all this time, huh?
London said that several men helped him change a flat tire and then kidnapped him by gunpoint and drove him around for 12 hours making him take ecstasy and smoke meth and then stole his car. One 26-year-old man has been arrested in the case, so police think there has to be some validity to the story. London has a past history with drugs, which caused his family to cast their doubts before him.
London claims he's been sober since September and undergoing regular drug tests. "I haven't tested dirty ever," he said. Until now.
Are you skeptical or accepting of London's outrageous tale?
