    The daughter of Dean Martin wants Johnny Depp to play her late, Rat Packer dad in a biopic about his life.

    Deana Martin's memoir, Memories Are Made of This, is slated for a big screen movie adaptation, which will be directed by Joe Mantegna, who played Martin in the 1998 HBO movie The Rat Pack.

    Deana has pulled in actress Jennifer Love Hewitt to portray her in the film. But as for her dad, the subject of the film? "It has to be the perfect person who has all the qualities that my dad had," Deana said. "And we haven't found that yet. But I'm sure someone's out there!"

    Names like George Clooney and Harry Connick, Jr. have been tossed around, but Deana wants Depp, since "he's got the hairlines." That's critical!
