Joss Stone, Bond Girl

Joss Stone's next career move is becoming a Bond girl. While the soul singer will not be cast in a Bond film opposite Daniel Craig nor will she be singing a Bond theme, the blonde cutie with the powerhouse pipes will appear in James Bond 007: Blood Stone, an upcoming videogame from Activision.
Stone's likeness and voice will appear alongside that Daniel Craig as James Bond and Judi Dench an M, who are reprising their movie roles for the game. Maybe this could lead to Stone actually having a role in a future film or writing and singing the next Bond film theme.
In addition to letting the game use her likeness and her voice, Stone is also providing an exclusive original song, titled "I'll Take it All," which she wrote and performed with Dave Stewart of Eurythmics fame. That's an interesting duet, so I am anxious to hear it, for sure.
In case you haven't heard or don't recall this news, production on the next Bond planned film was cancelled over a "cash crisis." Which means that the studio probably had no money, ran out of money or didn't have enough capital to get the project done. Director Sam Mendes, husband of Kate Winslet, was set to direct, but production company Eon says the film is on hold "indefinitely" which also means that the film has no chance of making a 2012 release date.
Are you excited for this Bond video game? Do you like Joss Stone or do you not dig that she's a young girl whose body has managed to trap what sounds like a 55-year-old blues/soul voice in her body?
