Justin Bieber Limo Driver Assault Charge in Canada Dropped

Justin Bieber, who has had his fair share of troubles with the law over the past two years, can breathe a sigh of relief, as an assault charge against the singer, 20, has been dropped in his native Canada.
The Biebs stood accused of attacking a limo driver in Toronto in 2013 but that charges has been withdrawn since officials claimed that they could not prove that it was our boy Bieber who was the offender due to the fact that there were other passengers in the car when the incident occurred.
What a mess.
Per WENN, Prosecutor David Mitchell told the court that he could not proceed with the case as there is "no reasonable prospect of conviction" since "there were a number of people in the vehicle seated behind the driver at the time of the incident, and is not in a position to establish the identification of the person who came into contact with the complainant beyond a reasonable doubt based on the evidence available."
So there is no proof that it was Da Biebs who got assault-like.
Brian Greenspan, who is The Biebs' lawyer, spoke to the media, saying that his client, who has had a lot of legal problems in the past year, from an egg throwing incident involving a neighbor's home to probation to an arrest in Miami, which was initially believed to be a DUI, to an arrest in his native Canada last week due to some sort of ATV incident with a mini-van, is "obviously relieved."
The attorney also noted that The Biebs wants to "get on with his busy career with one less diversion... This is an example of the system working as it should. Police laid the charge after a complaint was made and the (prosecution) did its job by reviewing all the evidence before reaching the correct decision."
Okie dokie, Biebs. Let's ditch the bad behavior and get back to the tuneage.
Will Justin Bieber straighten up and fly right?
