Criminal charges against a photographer who followed Justin Bieber at high speeds through Los Angeles this summer have been thrown out of court.
Paul Raef was booked in July after chasing The Biebs' fancy Fisker Karma sports car on the always busy 101 Freeway in California.
He was booked under a 2010 paparazzi law, which makes it a crime to create a dangerous situation while in pursuit of a celebrity for profit.
The case went to court and was dismissed.
File closed.
