Justin Bieber wants a paparazzo-filed hit-and-run lawsuit filed against him dropped.

Walter Lee claims he was struck by The Biebs' Ferrari on the Sunset Strip in June 2013, leading to serious bodily harm.

Here's the rub. Bieber had left the Laugh Factory comedy club with Lil' Twist. He didn't notice that he had "allegedly" sideswiped Lee, pinning him against a car. Da Biebs thus drove off.

Lee was considered at fault since he was a pedestrian in the roadway, so there's that.

The Biebs' legal eagles want the case thrown out, noting that Lee deliberately stood in front of the car.

    Draaaammuuuuhh!

    Team Biebs or Team Lee?
