Kanye West Threatens He Won't Attend GRAMMYs if Frank Ocean Isn't Nominated

In recent memory Kanye West has expressed derision for music award shows, and also celebrated their value in the cultural landscape - he threatened to boycott the GRAMMYs for a number of reasons; unless he is promised Album of the Year, unless he has more control, etc etc. Now he's threatening to boycott the GRAMMYs unless Frank Ocean is nominated.
Unfortunately for Kanye, Frank Ocean's nomination probably won't happen, because neither Blonde nor Endless are eligible for the 2017 Grammys, because neither of them were submitted for consideration.
However, Kanye doesn't appear to be bound by the non-submission. He halted his Oakland show last night in the middle of "Wolves" to give a rambling public address, the likes of which have happened many times throughout the course of the Saint Pablo Tour. During his speech he discussed the GRAMMYS and his deep affection for Frank Ocean and the album Blonde.
"I'll tell you this right now," he concludes. "If his album's not nominated in no categories, I'm not showin' up to the Grammys." Watch Kanye express himself below.
