It's a big day in Kanye West fashion news. The music icon tweeted he will be launching, "21 PABLO STORES WORLDWIDE THIS WEEKEND." He also posted a map of the locations. Many U.S. cities made the cut for the temporary shops, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Las Vegas, Detroit, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York City, and Boston. Other cities that will have Life of Pablo pop-up shops include Toronto, London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Singapore, Cape Town, Melbourne, and Sydney, making it a truly worldwide event - sorry South America.
Back in March, Kanye launched a New York City pop-up shop that was open for three days. "He also launched pop-up shops for previous albums, including for 2013's Yeezus and in 2011 for his album collaboration with Jay Z, Watch the Throne. While the latter's only merchandise was the album itself, his Yeezus store housed Yeezus-styled merchandise," reports Rolling Stone. "The exact locations of which will be revealed on kanyewest.com 24 hours before they open," revealed Vogue.
Along with the announcement of the 21 pop-up shops, Kanye also revealed that Yeezus Season 4 will premiere at New York Fashion Week. The show is set for the opening day of Fashion Week. In the past, Kanye has used his fashion events to premiere new music. In 2015, he unveiled an early version of the Pablo cut "Wolves". We're just hoping he'll tease the West and Drake collab.
