    Soon-to-be-ex-Mrs.-Tom-Cruise Katie Holmes was awarded primary custody of their daughter Suri as part of the divorce settlement, which is what she wanted so badly when she worked to extricate herself from the marriage in secret.

    In another effort to keep Suri away from Cruise's controversial Scientology believes, rumored to be the source of their split, Holmes has moved to NYC and now enrolled the child at New York's Convent of the Sacred Heart School, the Catholic institution that Lady Gaga attended!

    Suris's classes begin this fall.
