CartKaty Perry Says New Album Will Not Be Devoted to Heartbreak

Katy Perry talked to Capital FM about her new album, the follow up to Teenage Dream. But rest assured. It will not focus solely on her heartbreak over the dissolution of her marriage to Russell Brand.
"I would love to just let it be the black box of who I am," Perry said.
She confirmed that she is now in much happier place and could never write an album solely about heartbreak and sadness like Adele's 21. Hey, why the hell not? It's the biggest selling album in decades!
"I'd never devote a whole record to heartbreak," Perry revealed. "I'm happy, I'm in a good place, I'm looking forward to my future."
