    Kesha has settled a $14 million lawsuit from her former managers at DAS Communications, who claimed the singer owed them commission for unlawfully terminating their contract before she signed a deal with RCA.

    Kesha countersued, accusing the firm's bosses of booking gigs for her without completing the proper paperwork.

    Now, the two sides have reached an agreement and have settled.

    The terms of the settlement were not revealed but it has been said that the agreement was agreeable for both parties.
