R&B songstress makes a very special appearance at Covenant House Shelter of Georgia to give girls a pre-prom treat.
Last month, singer KeKe Wyatt and non-profit Saving Our Daughters made a big difference in the lives of girls at Covenant House for Homeless Youth in Georgia. The diva is the heavenly voice behind one of the early aughts best R&B records, the gold-certified Soul Sista, which deserves another listen ASAP, as well last year’s Ke’KE EP. On the eve of the prom, the girls were getting ready with a special Glam Squad for the “Saving Our Daughters Glam Day”, and Wyatt dropped by to give the girls some big sisterly advice. She spent a long time talking candidly with them, asking and answering questions, and giving of herself. Orchestrated by Saving Out Daughters, the day proved to be truly unforgettable.
