    Ut oh. Kelis has some serious tax issues. The "Milkshakes" hitmaker owes back taxes to the states of New York and California, and the federal government, too. Yikes! They are coming at her from all angles.

    The unpaid taxes in New York pertain to the 2004 and 2010 tax years. She owes taxes in California and the feds from 2009 and 2010. Shady accounting, huh?
