Kenny Rogers, Dustin Lynch, & The Swon Brothers Set for Las Cruces Country Music Festival

The third annual Las Cruces Country Music Festival is set for April 24 through April 26, 2015 and here is a reason to plan ahead: The 2015 edition will feature iconic country music legend Kenny Rogers, young gun and top country artist Dustin Lynch and 2014 Country Music Association Vocal Duo of the Year nominees The Swon Brothers.
The festival will begin at 4 PM on Friday, April 24, with merchandise vendors, food, dancing, a kids fun area, live music on two stages and a New Mexico TRUE area featuring vendors and artisans from all over New Mexico. Music on the main stage will begin at 7PM with Kenny Rogers' performance at 9PM.
But that's not all.
The festivities continue downtown Saturday morning with the Las Cruces Farmers & Crafts Market at 8:30AM.
Rated one of the top farmers markets in the country, it features more than local 300 local vendors. Other activities on Saturday include the New Mexico State University Rodeo, which hosts college teams from around the Southwest. Festival gates open at 3 p.m. Saturday with more live music on the local stage, along with dancing and activities for kids. Music begins on the main stage at 5PM, followed by the Swon Brothers at 7PM and Dustin Lynch at 9PM.
Sunday's activities will move to the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum for the Country Breakfast and Western Wear Fashion Show at 10AM. The morning will feature a home-cooked country meal, acoustic performances by festival artists and a Western wear fashion show.
