Kings of Leon and The Flaming Lips will put together a benefit show for the victims of the Oklahoma tornadoes.

The Kings and The Lips will join Jackson Browne and Built To Spill at the Rock For Oklahoma concert on July 23 at Chesapeake Arena in Oklahoma City. All proceeds from the gig will benefit Oklahoma tornado victims.

Kings of Leon frontman Jared Followill said, "We couldn't be more proud to lend a hand to our home state. We were all devastated by what happened there… We have family and friends that were affected by the tornadoes… This is the least we could do."
