Kings of Leon Vs. "Glee" Goes Another Round

Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill posted an angry Tweet yesterday about Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy, who is still bummed that the Kings won't license their music to the hit series in what Murphy considers a big "party pooper" diss.
"Dear Ryan Murphy, let it go," Followill Tweeted. "See a therapist, get a manicure, buy a new bra. Zip your lip and focus on educating 7yr olds how to say fuck." Ouch! Zing! Bam! About an hour later, Followill composed another Tweet apologizing to "anyone that misconstrued my comments as homophobic or misogynistic" despite not deleting that prior post.
Murphy took the Kings to task in a Hollywood Reporter cover story where he takes aim at the Kings' decision to deny Glee usage of their music. "They're self-centered assholes, and they missed the big picture," said Murphy. "They missed that a 7-year-old kid can see someone close to their age singing a Kings of Leon song, which will maybe make them want to join a glee club or pick up a musical instrument." Essentially, Murphy thinks the Kings of Leon are anti-music education and don't keep the music cycle rolling.
Team Glee or Team Kings of Leon? I am going to side with Murphy on this one. Lighten up, Followill Brothers!
